I am the founder of Etienne Business Solutions (EBS), a certified public accounting practice engaged in providing financial, management, and tax planning expertise to organizations and individual entrepreneurs. EBS has been instrumental in the development and growth of successful businesses in sectors including healthcare, logistics and transportation, entertainment, real estate, automotive, and food and beverage.

​Responding to the growing demand for strategic business management, I established Etienne Strategic Management Consulting (ESMC) a management consulting firm that provides expertise on business growth strategy and operational efficiency. My consulting model is best described as process consultation with a focus on increasing the client’s capacity to learn as it is my philosophy that problems are solved more effectively if the organization itself is at the core of both diagnostic and remedial efforts.

​I bring a wealth of local and international experience to my consulting engagements having been involved on projects and assignments with the Inter-American Development Bank, the Caribbean Development Bank, the Canada Institutional Development Agency, and the World Trade Organization.

​Empowerment through learning is the driving philosophy behind my consultancy and one that I emphasize in all engagements.

​My academic profile features a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in accounting, and I am currently pursuing a doctorate in business administration. Professionally, I am a chartered accountant, a certified public accountant, and a project management professional.

​I am an avid health and fitness disciple; I play the guitar and sing. I hail from the Caribbean, Jamaica specifically, so white sand on a sun-drenched beach continues to be one of my favorite get-aways with gardening as my prescription relaxer.
